Michelle Kelley
Director of Education

Michelle has a diverse background in sales and training. She originally received her real estate license in 2001 and earned Rookie of the Year with Mel Foster Company in the Quad Cities. From 1998-2013 she was an Independent Consultant and Field Leader for a direct sales company where she trained, supported and recognized a team of over 75 independent consultants and leaders. All of this experience came together when she accepted a role as a trainer with Iowa Realty in 2014 and was promoted to Director of Training and Education in 2015. In 2018, she joined the RE/MAX Concepts family and has been developing curriculum and instructors to support agents in achieving their personal goals. As a member of REEA (Real Estate Educators Association), Michelle’s goal is to bring content and motivation to every course offering that is timely, interesting, and has a practical application.
