In a seller's market, you need to be prepared to write a 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 offer.   

𝟭. 𝗢𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱. - Homes are selling so fast a seller wouldn't consider your offer without an approval letter.
