2015 Year In Review

Happy New Year! Did you set any resolutions or goals for this year? In our business, we have both of those. When we reflect on our 2015, we feel so grateful to have known all of you and to have had the opportunity to work with so many people as they buy and sell real estate. We could show you pictures of the 95 houses we sold, but that would be obnoxious. Instead, we would like to share some of our favorite stories (hooray for pictures!):
We also learned something new last year. Did you know that Jessica is our resident “love doctor”? That might sound strange since Jess is a top notch Realtor, but it’s the truth. Proof:
And, we never forget our fur-babies!
We could tell a great story about every client we worked with, but that would also be obnoxious. One of the perks of working in real estate is getting to know so many people. In 2015 alone, we helped 37 first time home buyers. Another 12 families got more room to move. Another 29 were single and fabulous! (Although, we have heard that some have found love since.)
Please note, we lost track of the baby count.
We’re so happy to have helped 16 people move to the Des Moines area from out of town. We hear they LOVE it. Sadly, we did help 8 people move out of town. We noticed Colorado, Florida and Texas were popular spots. (Is anyone surprised by that?)
Back to those resolutions and goals. In 2016, we’d like to help another 100 people and we’re not particular if they want to buy, sell, or both. If you, or someone you know, needs our help – we’re always here.
