About Chelsey

After more than 20 years in the veterinary industry as a technician and operations manager, I decided to follow a longtime passion and pursue real estate. I’ve always loved architecture, the character of homes, and helping people find spaces that feel like them, so making the leap into real estate felt natural and energizing.
Known for being hardworking, “honest to a fault,” and a loyal advocate, I bring the same compassion and dedication that defined my veterinary career to every client relationship. Communication and attention to detail are core to how I work. Clients can expect someone who listens closely, follows through, and always puts their needs first.
Originally from Colfax and now living on the south side of Des Moines, I have a deep appreciation for the metro’s diverse neighborhoods, unique homes, and welcoming communities. Whether helping first-time buyers or sellers planning their next move, my goal is to make each step of the process clear, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
Outside of real estate, I love to travel, try new recipes, and tackle home remodel projects with my husband, experiences that fuel my eye for design and my understanding of what makes a house truly feel like home.
